about us

Our Core Business

Enriching Skills and Action research Tanzania (ESAT) is a non-profit company limited by guarantee and not having shareholder registered under Company Act, 2002 on 25th June 2014. ESAT was developed to Enrich Peoples` Lives through improving their knowledge (skills), conducting researches that matter and advocating for equal gender rights. ESAT’s activities are participatory, research based and community led, gender sensitive, sustainable and scalable. ESAT believes in the concept of better solutions coming from the community which might need an infinitesimal adjustment and sufficient support to fit in. This perspective enables ESAT to deliver thoughtful, evidence–based and tailored responses. It embraces and stimulates innovation, also allows for stronger programs with lasting impact.
